Rotating Shifts | 24-Hour Care | Immediate Start

Contract Care Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and reliable Disability Support Worker to support a client requiring 24-hour care on Russell Island, Queensland.

This role is ideal for candidates who are flexible, committed, and available for rotating shifts, including day, night, and overnight shifts.

About the Role

You will provide high-quality, person-centred support to assist the client with daily living and ensure their safety, comfort, and wellbeing at all times. This is an ongoing support requirement with shifts across a 24-hour roster.

Shift Availability Required

• Day shifts

• Afternoon shifts

• Overnight shifts

• Rotating roster essential

Key Requirements

• Male preferred (due to client needs); however, strong female candidates will be considered

• Availability to work rotating shifts across a 24-hour care model

• Ability to reliably travel to Russell Island (ferry access required)

• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (desirable)

• Experience supporting clients with complex or high-care needs (highly regarded)

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

• Blue Card (QLD Working With Children Check)

• Current First Aid & CPR

• Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to care

Start Date

• Approximate start: within 2 weeks
